This policy explains how the public Dagan MD website handles information. It is separate from the medical practice's Notice of Privacy Practices.
The site uses privacy-first, cookieless measurement to count aggregate pageviews and predefined interactions such as consultation, calling, planner, before-and-after slider and portal handoffs. The measurement includes the public route viewed and a short source-section label. Hosting and security systems may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site.
Do not send photographs, medical histories, dates of birth, insurance details, symptoms, treatment records or other protected health information through public website forms, analytics features or ordinary email. Use the secure patient portal or another method specifically approved by the practice.
Aggregate information may be used to operate and secure the website, understand which educational pages are useful, measure consultation and calling pathways, prevent abuse and improve content. Analytics events never include free-text form entries, email addresses, photographs, dates of birth, symptoms, diagnoses, procedure selections or other health-adjacent details.
The current analytics configuration sets no analytics cookies, builds no personal or cross-site profile, uses no advertising pixels, performs no fingerprinting and includes no session recording. A cookieless analytics processor may briefly process ordinary network information to count aggregate visits without retaining a reusable advertising identifier. Because this configuration uses no analytics cookies, the site does not present an analytics-cookie consent banner. Browser or device storage used for accessibility, language and on-device feature preferences remains local to that browser.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no public website or email system can guarantee absolute security. You may contact the practice about a public-site privacy question or request, subject to legal and recordkeeping obligations.
